Three roles, one supplier
Manufacturer, processor and distributor
Most partners need more than one of these at the same time. Because all three sit under one roof, a single enquiry can cover a moulded gasket, a cut sheet gasket and a stock fitting — with one delivery, one invoice and one contact person.
We manufacture
Vulcanized rubber production in our own plant since 1992. Flange gaskets from DN20 to DN800, metal-reinforced versions for large diameters, strainer and spacer gaskets, pipe and wall grommets, hydrant seals, welded plastic meter pits and parts reverse-engineered from a physical sample.
We process
Gasket cutting to order: rubber, silicone and asbestos-free sheet materials, from small inch-based sizes up to approximately DN1200, with custom tooling where the geometry has to be repeatable across series.
We supply
Utility fittings held in continuous stock and sourced from selected European partners. Tapping saddles from DN50 to DN700, pipe repair clamps, STORZ hydrant components, meter reading tools and water meters from DN15 to DN600 with our own repair base.

Vulcanized Rubber Flange Gaskets
