Developed alongside our vulcanizing plant
We developed our gasket-cutting capacity in parallel with our vulcanizing plant, so that we could offer a fast and flexible answer to the widest possible range of industrial requirements. Rubber, silicone and asbestos-free gaskets are cut with modern technology, which gives accurate dimensions and consistent quality.
We have broad material knowledge and long-standing supplier relationships, so we are in contact with every widely used sealing-material brand and grade. That lets us recommend the base material best suited to the application — whether it is potable water, general industry, chemical processing or general mechanical engineering.
Gasket cutting allows individual sizes and shapes to be produced, in small and large series alike. Between the smallest and the largest value there is effectively infinite variation.

Our tool shop lets us switch to a custom size fast
For contractors and industrial partners, gasket cutting means a fast, accurate and flexible service that fits individual production and maintenance requirements. With the help of our own tool shop we can set up for a custom gasket size quickly, without waiting for external tooling.
If required, the cut gaskets can be processed further or produced in a vulcanized version instead — the two capabilities sit in the same building, so the decision is a technical one rather than a logistical one.
