Pipe Repair Clamps
Fast, practical pipeline repair with minimal dismantling and reduced interruption.
Overview
Repair without excavating and replacing the pipe
A repair clamp is an effective way to fix a damaged or leaking pipeline quickly, without excavation and pipe replacement. It allows the failed section to be restored temporarily or permanently while the network keeps operating with minimal interruption. Repair clamps are widely used in water-supply, wastewater and industrial systems.
Repair clamps are typically built from a stainless steel shell and a vulcanized rubber seal that closes against the outer surface of the pipe. The construction is suitable for covering longitudinal cracks, point damage and smaller holes. The sealing element in our clamps is vulcanized by us.
Correct clamp selection is based on the exact pipe outside diameter, the pipe material, the damage length and type, the pressure and the available installation space.
Key capabilities
- Standard clamp lengths between L200 and L400
- Covered range DN32 to DN1000
- Segment solutions for the largest diameters
- Stainless steel shell with our own vulcanized sealing element
- For steel, cast iron and plastic pipelines
Emergency response
We try to have an answer for every standard diameter
When a main bursts, the useful supplier is the one who can answer within the hour. That is why we aim to keep an immediate solution available for every standard pipe diameter, and why our segment clamps extend the same principle up to around DN1000.
The products are available for several pipe diameters, pipe materials and operating pressures, so they can be used on steel, cast iron and plastic pipelines. Selection has to consider the outside diameter of the pipe, the length of the damage and the pressure conditions of the system — a short technical discussion is recommended.
Damage types a clamp can cover
- Longitudinal cracks
- Point damage and pinholes
- Smaller holes in the pipe wall
- Damaged joints, subject to technical review
Range
Lengths and diameters at a glance
For contractors and network operators, the repair clamp is a cost-effective and proven repair solution that reduces downtime and restoration cost.
| Item | Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Clamp lengths | L200 – L400 | Standard available lengths |
| Immediate coverage | DN32 – DN1000 | Subject to current stock |
| Segment solutions | up to approx. 1000 mm | For large-diameter emergency repair |
| Materials | Steel, cast iron, plastic | Pipe material affects clamp selection |
The most important figure is the measured pipe outside diameter. Nominal DN alone is often insufficient.
Selection & quotation
Information needed for selection and quotation
The more precise the input, the faster and more reliable our technical answer. For non-standard requirements, a drawing or a physical sample is the best starting point.
- Exact pipe outside diameter — not only DN
- Pipe material
- Damage type and length
- Operating pressure

Fast repair without cutting the line open
A pipe repair clamp offers an effective solution for the quick repair of damaged or leaking pipelines, without excavation and pipe replacement. It allows the temporary or permanent restoration of the failed section while the network can continue operating with minimal interruption. Pipe repair clamps are especially widespread in water supply, sewage and industrial systems. We aim to offer an immediate solution for every standard pipe diameter in the event of a burst.
Repair clamps are typically made with a stainless steel shell and a vulcanized rubber seal, which provides the leak-free closure on the outer surface of the pipe. The design is suitable for covering longitudinal cracks, point damage and smaller holes. A correctly chosen clamp provides stable fixing and a long service life. Our repair clamps are made with seals we vulcanize ourselves.
The products are available for several pipe diameters, pipe materials and operating pressures, so they can be used on steel, cast iron and plastic pipelines. When selecting, the outside diameter of the pipe, the length of the damage and the pressure conditions of the system all have to be considered, for which technical consultation is recommended.
For contractors and network operators the repair clamp is a cost-effective, proven repair solution that reduces downtime and restoration costs. Applied correctly, the repair can be carried out quickly while the operational safety of the network is maintained.
Standard lengths available are between L200 and L400. We aim to give an immediate answer between DN32 and DN1000; thanks to our segment fittings we can help with damage control up to the largest diameters.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Cannot find your answer? Send us the technical details and we will review the application.
What is the most important measurement before ordering?
The exact pipe outside diameter. Nominal DN alone is often insufficient.
Can a repair clamp be a permanent repair?
Depending on the damage, pressure, pipe condition and local practice, clamps may be used for temporary or long-term repair. The application must be evaluated technically.
Do you cover very large diameters?
Segmented solutions reach DN1000.
Who vulcanizes the sealing element?
We do. The rubber seal in our repair clamps is produced in our own workshop.
